Doc Talk Medical Transcription is a customer service-oriented medical transcription company which places emphasis on accuracy.

Doc Talk Medical Transcription Service was founded in 1995 and is owned by Charlie Haney and Vicky Thomas. Doc Talk is a group of at-home medical transcriptionists with a professional edge not commonly found in home-based transcription services.

We have combined experience in transcription totaling 20 years and covering all areas of medical services including hospitals, surgery, psychiatry, OB/GYN, orthopedics, ophthalmology, internal medicine, cardiology, GI, GU neurology, dermatology, and family practice.

Doc Talk keeps up-to-date references for our specialties and strives to keep current on all new drugs. We stress the importance of not only knowing how to spell medications, but learn what typical diagnoses they are for and to verify dosages when it is not perfectly clear.

We keep all information archived on computer and backed up to disc. Duplicate diskettes or  CD's can be provided to the customer on request.
